About these terms
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of www.snehprabhafoods.com (the “website”) and any order you place with Snehprabha Foods Co., a sole proprietorship firm with its registered office at Corporate Membership No. 677, WeWork Zenia, 4th Floor, Hiranandani Circle, Hiranandani Business Park, Thane, Maharashtra 400607, holding FSSAI licence 11526014000199 (“Snehprabha Foods Co.”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They apply whether you order through the website, WhatsApp, phone or email.
Our Privacy Policy and our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy form part of these Terms. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Using the website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- copy, scrape or collect content or data from it by automated means;
- interfere with its security or operation, or try to gain unauthorised access to it;
- use it to send unsolicited messages, or to impersonate any person or business; or
- give us false information, or place orders you do not intend to pay for.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website, or decline to serve anyone, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.

Product information
We take care to describe our products accurately. Label facts, ingredients and nutritional values on the website are taken from the product packaging, and the packaging is the authoritative source. Product photographs are for illustration. The colour, texture and graininess of ghee change naturally with season, temperature and batch, and these differences are not defects. If you notice a difference between the website and the pack in your hand, please tell us.

Laboratory information
Laboratory results on the website are taken from analytical reports issued by independent laboratories. They apply to the sample tested, as received, on the dates of testing, and are published for transparency. They are not a certification of every batch, a guarantee of any particular result, or a health claim of any kind. Laboratory reports remain the property of the laboratory that issued them.

Health information
Our products are foods. Nothing on the website is medical, nutritional or dietary advice, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Ghee is a dairy product. If you have an allergy, an intolerance or a medical condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please speak to a qualified professional before making changes to your diet.

Prices
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless we say otherwise. Any delivery charge is shared with you before you pay. Prices, offers and availability may change without notice. If a price has been shown in error, we may correct it before confirming your order, and you can then decide whether to go ahead at the correct price.

Orders and acceptance
When you send us an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order in writing, on WhatsApp or by email, with the products, quantities, total price including any delivery charge, and delivery address.
We may decline or cancel an order, before or after confirmation, if a product is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your address, if a price or description was shown in error, or if we suspect fraud or misuse. If you have already paid for an order we cancel, we refund you in full.

Payment
We share the available payment options when we confirm your order. Orders are dispatched once payment has been received, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We will never ask for your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or banking password. Pay only to account details shared from our official number, +91 7779042452, or our official email address, support@snehprabhafoods.com, and contact us before paying if anything looks unusual.

Delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds
How we deliver, and how cancellations, returns and refunds work, is set out in our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property
The website and its content, including its text, design, graphics, photographs and the Snehprabha Foods Co. name and logo, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. The AB704 brand belongs to its owner, ABsource Biologics Pvt. Ltd. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, republish, distribute or commercially use any part of the website without our prior written permission.

Your messages and feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas, you agree that we may use them freely, without any obligation or payment to you. Please do not send us information you consider confidential.

Third-party services and links
The website links to, and relies on, services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, payment providers and the FSSAI licence portal. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Availability of the website
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful code, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Snehprabha Foods Co., its proprietor, employees and agents against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, transport or courier disruptions, government action, or failures of internet, telecom or payment networks.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, and the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you directly. Subject to that, the courts at Thane, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

General
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. These Terms, together with the policies they refer to and any written order confirmation, are the entire agreement between you and us on their subject.
