The company that makes it, the company that owns the brand, and us. All of them are printed on the pack, each with an FSSAI licence number you can check.

Tested by an external laboratory, with every entry shown and explained in plain words, including the ones that prove nothing either way.

The label, copied faithfully
Ingredients, nutrition and storage appear on this site exactly as they are printed. If the pack and this site ever disagree, the pack is right, and we want to hear about it.

We describe the food. We do not claim that anything we sell cures, prevents or treats a condition, and we publish the claims we choose not to make.
